Personal Training

I am a female Personal Trainer based in the South of France.  I am a 2 x Powerlifting British Champion and 2010 European Champion. Fitness is my number one passion.  My aim is to pass on my extensive knowledge and experience to my clients. I recognise that everyone is an individual who requires a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals.

With my Personal Training, you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions allowing you to focus on one thing - your results.  I offer varied and challenging programmes tailored to meet people's individual fitness goals, whether that means toning up to look and feel better, improving physical performance or enhancing your whole lifestyle. My training formula provides noticeable results fast.  With over 10 years' experience in fitness I know what produces results.  My methods provide a total body workout and will achieve fat loss, increase strength and muscle tone and improve cardiovascular fitness.

I provide training for both men and women of all abilities and will conduct an initial assessment to create a programme specifically tailored for you, taking into account current health and fitness, injuries, limitations, nutrition and goals.
