I am a 2 x Powerlifting British Champion and 2010 European Champion during which time I successfully obtained Sponsorship.  I have also competed in sprinting up to regional level.  I have an enthusiastic and knowledgeable approach to training that brings out the best in my clients.  I use over 10 years' experience in fitness to ensure results are achieved.

My background in sport and fitness has given me a unique insight into training methods and routines people would not ordinarily have the opportunity to do and which health clubs cannot offer.  The experience that I am able to draw upon to help others achieve their fitness goals has been earned the hard way as an athlete in a highly demanding sport not just physically but also mentally.
